We have identified four major strategic focusses, we have developed a business model for each strategic focus. This business tool assist the C-Suite to align strategy to successfully with internal and external environment. An organization has to choose ONE strategic focus and trade-off the secondary strategic focusses. The next step is to make sure that the goal of the enterprise is precisely formulated, how does this translate into a focussed strategy, which other strategy focusses are trade-offs, how does this translate into Business Strategy, what Organizational Capacities are needed and how do we develop or recruit such, what does the Organizational Structure looks like and who are the core people and lastly what do we want the management systems to address?

New ideas should be generated and swiftly exploited with the organization being innovative and open to them. This will limit the competition's impact.

Business must divide their market into niche offerings and provide each segment with services or goods that satisfy the demands. Customer Intimacy requires greater emphasis on long-term connections, under this strategic focus customer happiness is of the utmost importance

The needs of the customers comes first in terms of comfort and urgency. The emphasis is setting up the services to deliver the product or service.
